Fruits is a South African fruit producer and exporter who specializes in the export of top quality South African Fruit to global markets.




Cape Bebeco

This apricot originated in Greece and was released in 1990. Bebeco ripens early in December and has a good size and oval shape.

The skin colour is yellow with a red blush and the flesh colour is orange-yellow with a red blush.


Imperial / Palsteyn

This South African apricot was bred by ARC-Infruitec and released in 1978. The cultivar name is Palsteyn, bred by PAL Steyn at Infruitec. It is harvested in mid November and is currently the South African apricot with the best size. It has an orange coloured flesh and an excellent taste.

Super gold

This South African variety and was bred by Infruitec, and released in 1986. Super Gold is a cross between Peeka and Palsteyn, and is harvested in early November. The skin colour is orange-yellow and flesh colour is dark yellow. It has a free stone, with a good taste and a firm and melting texture.
